    Josh Stomel’­s expertise lies in assembling top management teams for online startup corporations. He has extensive experience in conducting senior-level searches in the Financial, CEO, IT, and Operations functions for internet based companies.

    Josh brings to NeoHire.com his vast experience with clients, ranging from prominent Fortune 500 to private equity firms. Previously, Mr. Stomel served as Strategic Recruiter for Oversee.net, a technically driven media company, where he successfully grew the organization to over 225 employees. Before that, he led Overture (Yahoo Search Marketing) in recruiting and competitive research for various search teams including Publisher Network and Panama Ad Systems. Prior to Overture, Josh was a significant contributor to the growth of LowerMyBills.com and its eventual sale to Experian for $350,000,000.

    Josh is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he earned a bachelor of science in Business (B.S.) with a concentration in International Marketing.

    Jason is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received his Bachelor’s Degree from USC’s School of Policy, Planning and Development. Soon after graduation, Jason recruited a small team and launched a startup servicing the Commercial Real Estate sector. After realizing the difficult triumph of assembling top-tier talent in a competitive industry, Jason and his brother Josh teamed up to start NeoHire. The company began as a small personal side project to assist our fellow colleagues with hiring for their startups. Since establishment in early 2007, NeoHire has filled over 400 positions in the technology sector and is widely recognized as the “go-to” source for hard to find tech talent.     Vivian received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Redlands while working full time at Boeing. Upon completion of her MBA, and after 6+ years in the Defense industry, she felt a need to change industries.  Since joining NeoHire part time in 2010, she has since been appointed Director of Operations.  Vivian is an integral part of NeoHires continued growth as it continues to evolve into a nationwide recruiting agency.  On her days off, you will find Vivian at the beach, just a few short blocks from the office!

    Todd resides in Santa Monica where he enjoys a brisk 3.5 minute walk to the office daily. Mr. Oneil has over 5 years of experience in recruiting where he exclusively dedicates himself to hiring for technical positions.     Jenny has been recruiting in the Internet / Technology industry for 6+ years. She grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada where she attended Dalhousie University and majored in 20th century history. In 2000 she packed her bags and headed to the United States where she has spent her time in San Diego, New York and Los Angeles. Prior to heading NeoHire’s Non-Technical division, Jenny lead recruiting for BeachBody, the makers of P90X. During her tenure there, she was a driving force in growing the company from 100 employees to over 300 in just three years. Her two biggest passions in life are travel and people, and she considers visiting new places a sort of ongoing education. In her spare time she loves taking pictures, writing and watching hockey.

    Patrick Dorsey has spent 8 years in the IT industry filling every role he can with enthusiasm and intelligence. He has managed Customer Service for Internet Service providers starting at 19. He’s worked full-cycle web development, helping code and create such sites as: www.pulmonary.wustl.edu for Washington University. After getting certified by both Microsoft and Cisco Systems, he went on to travel around the world training US Air Force and Army technicians on networking and security and was contracted to author training manuals and materials. He’s continued an interest in SEO and Internet Marketing projects since 2005 after working with The Design People/Agent Image. In 2009, Patrick joined the Neohire team as a Technical Recruiter.     Jennifer was raised in San Diego and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with majors in Political Science and History of Public Policy.
